Job Description
We are seeking an IBP Demand Planning Project Super User (Business Process Expert - IBP) to serve as the key interface between business and IT teams during the implementation of the Integrated Business Planning (IBP) system for Demand Planning. This role will ensure the smooth translation of business requirements into system functionality, support users during testing and training, and provide ongoing post-implementation support as a super user. You will be responsible for data validation, system configuration, and ensuring long-term success through continuous user support and process optimization. Key Accountabilities: As the subject matter expert in Demand Planning and S&OP, you'll collaborate with stakeholders to define and prioritize business requirements for the IBP system. You'll ensure accurate data entry during implementation, document workflows, and lead user training. Post-go-live, you’ll drive knowledge transfer, process optimization, and continuous improvement. Qualifications & Experience: Extensive experience in Demand Planning and S&OP processes. Strong knowledge of planning systems, preferably SAP IBP or similar. Experience in system implementation and project management support. Hands-on experience with system configuration, workflow design, and data validation. Experience with system testing (UAT) and post-implementation support. Expertise in SAP IBP, particularly in Demand Planning configuration. Familiarity with Lean Six Sigma or continuous improvement methodologies. Personal Attributes: Highly effective communicator with strong stakeholder management and engagement skills. Strong cross-functional collaboration ability, bridging the gap between business and IT teams. Proactive and solutions-oriented with a strong focus on continuous improvement and process optimization. Exceptional organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines.
