IT Support Engineer | £30,000 to £36,000 | Grantham + Travel to various locations | Driving License required
Working for a business with numerous offices across Lincolnshire, you will be responsible for providing IT Support for all staff across multiple sites, both in person and remotely.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
Identifying and resolving IT issues both remotely and in person Install desktop/server software and hardware Proactive server and desktop maintenance In-depth troubleshooting of advanced issues Assisting with the day-to-day management of the IT systems
Skills:
Previous experience within an IT Support function Good working knowledge of Windows Operating Systems including Windows 11 and Windows Servers Experience with Microsoft 365/Exchange administration Understanding of basic networking principles Full UK Driving License is essential
