Company vehicle or allowance & comprehensive benefits package The role of Project Manager - High-Rise Kitchen Furniture will involve: Project Manager position dealing with the installation of a high-end range of kitchen furniture into high-rise buildings Management of all subcontractors and site operatives Ensure that H&S procedures are adhered to by all site staff Liaise with both factory and installations teams to ensure smooth running of projects Oversee the distribution of materials to enable installation team to work efficiently Manage and arrange labour and resources required to complete works Attend site meetings as required with Main Contractors Ensure that projects are completed within budget and deadlines Establish and maintain relationships with contractors and suppliers Working on projects ranging in value up to circa £5m The ideal applicant will be a Project Manager - High-Rise Kitchen Furniture with: Must have site-based Project Management, Contracts Management or Installation Management experience within the high-rise furniture or joinery market sectors Good technical knowledge and good understanding of industry processes, materials and costs Must have CSCS Gold/Black card Commercially savvy, experienced in authorising payments and doing variations Highly organised with good attention to detail Excellent communication skills both written and verbal Full UK driving license Mitchell Maguire is a specialist Construction Recruitment Consultancy, dealing exclusively with Construction Jobs, Construction vacancies and Specification positions within: Installation Manager, Project Manager, Site Manager or Contracts Manager FF&E, Furniture, Fixtures & Equipment, Bespoke Joinery, Furniture, Fit-Out, Joinery, Interiors, Refurbishment, Retail Fit-Out, Shop Fit-Out, Main Contractors.
