As an Employment Solicitor, you'll work closely with the Senior Solicitor, taking ownership of a varied and interesting caseload and delivering exceptional legal advice to our clients. You will have previous experience in managing an employment law caseload and will be responsible for:

Contracts of employment Discrimination claims Disciplinary and grievance issues Settlement agreements TUPE guidance Unfair dismissal claims Employment Tribunals Reorganisations and redundancies
