An exciting opportunity has arisen to join our highly regarded Integrated Disability Service Early Years’ Team and be part of Warwickshire’s SEND journey.

We are looking for a motivated, resourceful and enthusiastic practitioner to work with children and their families at home or transitioning into an EY setting. Applications from practitioners who are already Portage trained are particularly welcomed.
