Following training in the Telesales module, the company MIS, and understanding of the Direct Mail industry, you will be expected to increase sales, administration, and customer service to help achieve future growth in the Group. To develop leads into conversion. To generate new and repeat business opportunities to achieve the Company objectives for profit, turnover, and growth.

Responsibilities:

To generate new and repeat business for the Company. To generate monthly sales reports. To prepare both annual and quarterly sales forecasts which will fulfill the overall Company objectives for profit and growth. To understand the cost structure of the Company and assist in developing selling prices that are competitive in the market and achieve Company profit targets. To generate and follow up sales leads, follow up estimates, and obtain both new and repeat business. To maintain close contact with all customers and prospects, monitor market trends, and ensure the Company is aware of significant changes related to its customers and overall market situation. To seek new opportunities for the expansion of the Company's activities. To understand the customer's total requirements and to offer as wide a service as possible within the capabilities of the Company. To maintain efficient sales data, administration, and customer contact systems which can be operated by other personnel within the Company. To establish and maintain efficient internal administration systems to ensure the accurate and timely availability of sales data to other functions within the Company. To liaise with the Customer Service and other functions to ensure customers receive excellent support and service. To organise all external customer visits (Sales Director to attend where necessary) in an optimal manner to make the most efficient and cost-effective use of travelling time. To treat all customer data as strictly confidential and not pass to third parties without specific authorisation from a Company Manager. To contribute to and work within a healthy and safe working environment in Company premises and whilst travelling and visiting other locations. At the request of the Managing Director, to carry out any other functions that may be required to assist in the efficient operation of the Company and inform him of any areas of responsibility which are not or are unlikely to be fulfilled.
