Delivering the highest level of broker care, including taking ownership of day-to-day sales and service queries, liaising with appropriate areas of the business to resolve issues, and communicating back to third parties. Handle inbound telephone sales calls and emails from brokers, converting these opportunities into new sales revenue. Manage all tasks alongside phone calls through effective time management, planning, and prioritizing workloads to maintain an effective and functional service level.
