Our Team Our finance department is part of our wider support team, which includes finance, quality, HR, and IT support. We’re a collaborative group of individuals who support the consultancy arm of our business. The Role Support the Financial Controller in managing the finance department and overseeing financial operations. Prepare financial reports, budgets, and forecasts to support strategic decision-making. Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies. Manage accounts payable and receivable, payroll, VAT and general ledger functions. Transition into a financial controller position over the next few years, taking more responsibility & growing with the role/business. Please note that all applicants must be able to obtain and/or maintain a valid security clearance. Skills & Experience Proven experience working with Sage 200. Experience working within service-based organisations. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. An accounting qualification such as – CIMA, ACA, ACCA, AAT.
