Accuflex has a great opportunity for a talented and motivated Solicitor (NQ up to 5 years PQE) with experience in residential conveyancing to join our client, a reputable and friendly law firm, in Cumbria. This role offers an excellent opportunity to work in a dynamic legal team, to build your skills and experience in conveyancing and commercial real estate matters.
Key Responsibilities:
Managing residential and commercial property transactions from start to finish.
Drafting and reviewing contracts, leases, and other property-related documents.
Liaising with clients, estate agents, and financial institutions.
Conducting title searches and preparing reports on title.
Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and deadlines.
Requirements:
Qualified Solicitor in England and Wales (NQ-5 years PQE preferred).
Strong knowledge of conveyancing processes and regulations.
Excellent communication and organisational skills.
Ability to manage multiple cases efficiently and accurately.
Desire to work in a family-friendly firm and enjoy country life.
