Have a background in estates management – ideally in schools, public sites or civic buildings – but we are keen to meet motivated individuals who can also bring additional experience to the team. Take responsibility for the delivery of the planned maintenance strategy across all sites – as well as managing the competing demands of compliance with all relevant Health and Safety assessments and monitoring. Have experience of working with contractors. Be able to confidently lead your team to maintain exceptional school support, ensuring that process and procedure is followed in order to ensure the best outcomes.
