audit team in Leatherhead . Reporting directly to an audit Manager, you will be responsible for supervising the progress of audit assignments from planning through to completion. You will also be reviewing the work of junior colleagues as well as coaching and supporting them in their development. Our audit engagements may take place remotely or on client sites, so you will utilise a range of technological solutions in addition to your people skills to deliver a quality service, on time and on budget, working in collaboration with the wider audit team to delight our clients. What we’re looking for Are you an

ACA/ACCA qualified accountant

with at least

five years’ experience

in an accountancy practice? We’re looking for a professional with a

strong technical understanding

of accounting and auditing standards, capable of leading

group audits

and preparing

consolidated accounts . You’ll need

excellent communication skills

to build trusted relationships with clients and colleagues, and the ability to manage

complex projects

and multiple stakeholders effectively. Proficiency with

CaseWare

or

Mercia methodologies

is a plus. You should produce

high-quality work , anticipate and resolve issues early to maintain budgets, and identify opportunities for growth within the client base. Strong

organizational skills

are essential for prioritizing high volumes of work, and you’ll take an active role in

mentoring and supporting

the team. The role is based in
