Finance Manager - Education, Skills and Inclusion Salary:

Bristol with 2-4 days a month onsite About the Role:
The Finance Manager for Education, Skills, and Inclusion will be responsible for supporting the provision of education services, schools, and associated transformation and capital projects. You will manage a team of Group Accountants, providing financial support for educational initiatives and working closely with senior members to make impactful financial decisions that align with the organisation's goals. Key Responsibilities: Manage financial planning and forecasting for education services, schools, and transformation projects. Advise senior stakeholders on financial matters related to education and inclusion. Support the preparation of annual statements and ensure financial implications of new educational initiatives are properly analysed and reported. Work closely with the Business Partner to support Executive Meetings and other committee responsibilities. Ideal Candidate: CCAB (or equivalent) qualified accountant. Experience analysing and presenting financial data to senior stakeholders within an educational or public sector environment. Proven leadership skills with experience managing teams and driving improvements in financial practices.
