This is an excellent opportunity for a Private Client Solicitor to join an established firm in Bexleyheath. You will be joining a successful and busy private client department, managing your own caseload of probate matters for a range of clients.

Areas include but are not limited to:
Estate and Care Fees Planning Wills and Will Writing Lasting Powers of Attorney Court of Protection Trusts and Trust Administration Probate and Administration of Estates Inheritance Tax Planning and Investments
Duties will include:
Independently managing own varied caseload of private client matters. Promoting a compassionate and sensitive disposition client experience when dealing with the elderly or incapacitated. Attending clients in their own environment as required. Maintaining good billings records within the team.
Desired skills:
Fee earning experience essential within Private Client at least 2 years PQE+. Proven track record of meeting targets. Strong interpersonal skills. STEP is desirable but not essential. Business development and networking skills.
