The successful Climate Resilience Team Leader will:
Have a solid knowledge of climate resilience and adaptation standards, legislation (UK and Europe), and best practices. Demonstrate strong understanding of the built environment sector, including commerciality, project roles, and stages across buildings and infrastructure. Hold relevant degree/postgraduate qualifications or equivalent knowledge and experience. Exhibit a positive outlook, with a proactive and “can-do” approach to teamwork and problem-solving. Ideally be a member or working towards membership with relevant industry bodies. Shape and grow new service offering for the business whilst reporting at board level. In return, you can expect:
