Kennedys is looking for a Legal Administrator to join our Financial and Political Risks team and Professional Liability team based in London. The successful candidate will work across both teams. Team Kennedys Financial lines and Political Risks team handle a vast range of insurance disputes and litigation, with a particular focus on Financial Institutions, Directors & Officers Insurance, and Political Risks and Crime coverage. Our clients include general insurers and reinsurers, global composites, Lloyd's syndicates, self-insured PLCs and self-insuring government bodies. Kennedys' Professional Liability team deal with all areas of professional liability and handle claims of all sizes and complexity, including insurers who underwrite some of the world's largest financial institutions, global law firms, the 'Big Four' accounting firms, as well as insurers who underwrite regional, local and smaller institutions and firms. Key Responsibilities Deal accurately with filing - storage and retrieval of client files in line with the department's filing system and locating missing files. Operate the Firm's quality procedures and information security systems as specified in the current edition of the Quality Procedures. Ensure the confidentiality and security of all practice and client's documentation and/or information. Undertake file closure and archiving when required. Use the photocopying equipment to achieve copies of the correct standard in line with the Firm's and department's requirements. Required Experience Previous administrative experience. Proficient in MS Office packages, knowledge of BigHand or Service Desk Plus. Good literacy and numeracy. Good typing skills.
