Providing support with intricate estate matters, including domestic and international property and tax considerations. Managing the preparation and administration of Wills, estates, and Lasting Powers of Attorney (LPAs). Delivering client-focused service, whether in the office, at their residence, or in a hospital setting. Participating in departmental meetings and undertaking relevant training courses to ensure up-to-date expertise and skills. Essential Skills & Qualifications
Minimum of 5 years PQE in Private Client matters (although all levels will be considered). Proven experience handling Wills and LPAs. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. A proactive and confident approach to work with a strong sense of responsibility. What's on Offer
Competitive salary of £50,000-£60,000, dependent on experience. Role based in Canterbury, Kent, with flexibility for 1-2 days of remote work per week (subject to agreement).
