The Impact: The EMEA Regional People team is a dynamic team responsible for the local implementation and operation of our global People programs, practices and procedures with a focus on people relations, performance management, and organizational development.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a solid foundation as a People professional to move into an independent mid-level role within the Regional Partner function with room to grow.

Responsibilities: This role will support the Companies Global Market Intelligence division as well as supporting some of the corporate functions based in the UK. This role will support circa 1,200 colleagues.

Partner closely and build strong and effective relationships with Divisional People Partners and people leaders within the Companies Global Market Intelligence division and corporate functions, across regional and global remits to develop a deep knowledge and understanding of key priorities, issues, and challenges in order to deliver and add value.

Manage and execute a range of regional projects including restructures, M&A activities, run TUPE processes when applicable always working in partnership with relevant key stakeholders to mitigate any risk and compliance issues.

Advise people leaders on performance management, People Relations (ER) appropriately evaluating risk and providing guidance/support in executing terminations.

Partner with Divisional People Partners on projects from career and development programs to annual comp planning.

What We're Looking For: Ideally, you have 5 -10 years of people experience having worked for a medium or large-sized Matrix company in a very fast-paced environment. You are positive, self-driven, and have a can-do attitude. Ability to build strong partnerships and exert influence at all levels within the organization. Resilient and has the ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines. Experience in handling people relations matters and supporting people leaders' performance management. Experience working for an inclusive organization as well as working with diverse cultures and geographically dispersed colleagues. Strong proactive problem-solving, decision-making skills, and a sense of personal accountability. Ability to remain agile and flexible. Strong understanding of people processes and a sound understanding of UK labour. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, experience with HRIS tools - preferably Workday.
