ARE YOU AN EXPERIENCE CNC PROGRAMMER OR CNC MANUFACTURING DEVELOPMENT ENGINEER? DO YOU HAVE EXPERIENCE WITH NPI? DO YOU HAVE EXPERIENCE WORKING IN A HEAVY INDUSTRY?

The role will be suited to CNC Programmers and CNC production/manufacturing development engineers from ANY manufacturing background, although candidates must be willing to work within a heavy engineering environment.

Working in support of the technical and manufacturing departments, the key objectives of the CNC Manufacturing Engineer are to aid in the development of manufacturing cells for the finishing of castings on new CNC machinery and to collaborate with colleagues in the technical department on NPI projects through to conclusion.

You must have proven knowledge and experience of Siemens or Heidenhain CNC operating systems for human interfaces. Programming and setting experience is essential; you will be proficient in creating shop mill programs using CNC panels. Manual programming and editing experience with Autodesk and Powermill is advantageous. Any knowledge of SolidWorks will be advantageous, although full training on this can be provided along with the undertaking of all other training required.
