Reddbrick Reddbrick are currently recruiting for a Facades Design Manager to work with our Client in Derby. Our Client is a Nationwide subcontractor who works in conjunction with leading main contractors Nationwide, with experience across a range of sectors including Commercial, Residential, Healthcare, and Education. Facades Design Manager Role

As a Facades Design Manager, you will take charge of all aspects of façade design, from conception to completion. You'll collaborate with architects, consultants, and project teams to deliver high-quality, visually striking, and technically robust façade solutions. Facades Design Manager Responsibilities:

Lead the design process for façade systems, ensuring compliance with project specifications and regulations. Collaborate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to achieve design excellence. Manage design programs and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders. Review and approve façade designs, shop drawings, and material specifications. Ensure all work aligns with safety, quality, and sustainability standards. Provide technical expertise and innovative solutions to design challenges. Facades Design Manager Requirements:

Proven experience in façade design management, ideally within the construction industry. Strong technical knowledge of façade systems, materials, and installation methods. Familiarity with design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, or equivalent. Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively. A degree in Architecture, Engineering, or a related field is preferred. Facades Design Manager Benefits:
