We currently have an opportunity for a Laboratory Technician to join a research & development laboratory in Hertfordshire.
As a Laboratory Technician, you will carry out testing of precious metals.
Responsibilities include:
Set up and run analysis of precious metals. Conduct sample preparation. Ensure stock chemicals are maintained and re-ordered when needed. Ensure all work is carried out to required quality standards including ISO17025. Record data and results onto LIMS.
Minimum Requirements: Ideal candidates will have previous experience working in a laboratory and have a degree (BSc) in chemistry or metallurgy (or related subject).
