Lead the recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, and placing candidates. Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients, ensuring their recruitment needs are met. Advise clients on best practices for staffing, compliance, and workforce solutions. Provide expert advice in your area and advise clients on recruitment trends, salary benchmarking, and solutions. Generate new business opportunities through proactive outreach. Keep up-to-date with industry trends, legislation, and sector-specific challenges.
What We're Looking For:
To succeed in this fast-paced and dynamic business, we need candidates with an entrepreneurial spirit, strong business acumen, and a money-motivated attitude. Exceptional communication skills, drive, and ambition are also essential.
