reporting into the Performance & Integration Manager, you will play a key role in the energy transition, helping shape and report on how we deliver on behalf of our customers. What’s the package Along with a competitive salary of up to

(dependent on experience), we also offer great benefits such as: Enrolment into our double-matched pension scheme Annual bonus of up to 10% 25 days holiday plus bank holidays (increasing with tenure) Excellent opportunities for career growth Agile working arrangements What will you do Support on the collection and tracking of performance against business plan objectives across the Energy Systems directorate, including DSO activities and Major Connections Preparing key written regulatory deliverables – effectively communicating progress and benefits delivered Coordinating stakeholder engagement activities related to DSO functions and Major Connections Supporting as needed on the production of all regulatory submissions under the responsibility of Energy Systems Collecting and reporting of internal management information and operating control frameworks Develop stakeholder plans that ensure a comprehensive understanding of the needs of stakeholders and ensure alignment of messaging across stakeholder groups Deliver enhanced communications plans, including web, literature, events and webinars to share the progress we have made in DSO Key Competencies Excellent written English, with the ability to write in a formal style to inform and influence Strong planning and organisation skills to ensure timely submission of information Relationship management – influential with internal colleagues to promote a collaborative approach to delivering quality Continuous Improvement – ability to drive continuous improvement and scaling up of processes Strong communication skills – clear, concise, engaging and persuasive communication Strong analytical skills to interpret information, understand and apply it to broader context What qualifications and experience should you have Qualified to degree level in a relevant subject Relevant experience of preparing formal written reports Full driving licence is desirable What next?
