Evidence of successful teaching outcomes at KS3 and KS4 over time. An ability to develop and sustain successful relationships with students and colleagues. Evidence of successfully developing the quality of teaching practice of colleagues. Evidence of successful curriculum development and recent, relevant professional development. The successful applicant will have a teaching timetable of no more than 0.6 FTE and will have the opportunity to work across both schools in the Trust. The role will have a key focus on curriculum design and development as well as empowering subject teachers to successfully deliver the curriculum. We are deeply committed to your professional growth.
