Personal Tailor

Customer Focus

To personally demonstrate that the customer is key and that an impeccable customer service is our main priority. To greet and acknowledge a customer immediately on entry to the store, in a polite and courteous manner and to maintain contact whilst they are in the store. To engage with the customer in order to fully understand their needs and then provide the appropriate help and support to ensure an impeccable customer experience. To develop excellent knowledge of up-to-date product and unique selling points to promote product benefits to our customers. To provide advice and guidance to customers on our product and services to ensure we fill their expectations. To immediately escalate customer’s requests or problems to ensure they are resolved in line with company standards. To live and breathe the seven Hackett values. Achieve Results

To achieve personal and store sales targets. To have an understanding of the store KPI’s and how to influence them. Aware of Brand image and Competitors. To be proactive in ideas for increasing sales. To use the mailing card and brochure to attract and retain customers. To be fully aware of all the services we provide in store such as alterations, bespoke services, made to order, click and collect, etc. To be fully aware of your best sellers. To always make suggestions for complimentary purchases (cross and up selling). To carry out all sales transactions correctly and efficiently. To assist, advise and help train other staff. Store and Stock Standards

To constantly replenish product on the shop floor to ensure VM standards are met. To reduce stock loss in store by being aware of stock loss and prevention techniques. To maintain high standards of personal dress and appearance, presenting a professional, smart and tidy appearance. To complete any other tasks that may be requested as and when required, depending on the changing needs of the business. To be good ambassadors for the brand. To develop and maintain good relationships with management and colleagues. Knowledge of company stock loss expectations. To ensure sales transactions are efficiently and accurately carried out. Requirements

Required experience: Passion for the fashion industry. Proven experience in clothing retail, preferably in the premium or luxury sector. Impeccable customer service skills. Outstanding sales skills. Able to work within a team. Able to use initiative. Well presented. Above standard communication skills with an exceptional command of English.
