This will be through direct targeting of wholesalers, targeting buying groups, and direct to coffee shop chains etc. Increase/maintain margin on sales out. Implement price increases when needed. To manage time and travel costs to be as efficient as possible. To maintain the company vehicle to a high standard at all times. Generating weekly and monthly sales reports for the executive team.
