To learn more please visit www.serco.com/ahsc About the Role Under the supervision and prescription of the Dentist/Dental Specialist, you will be responsible for the day-to-day provision of quality oral hygiene advice and dental hygiene services to patients in accordance with Defence Policies and Procedures. You will also assist with administrative tasks such as maintenance of patient records as well as sterilisation and infection control procedures and maintaining optimal hygiene of the surgery. To be successful in this role, you will have: The highest levels of personal integrity and ethical behaviour. Current unconditional and unrestricted registration as a Dental Hygienist or Oral Therapist with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA). Minimum of 2 years (full time equivalent) experience within the last 5 years. About You You are an experienced Dental Hygienist with a professional and friendly manner who enjoys interacting with patients and has an ability to put them at ease. Ensuring compliance with all relevant standards and procedures, you take pride in contributing to the cleanliness and effectiveness of a dental surgery environment. You are a respectful and professional person who demonstrates exceptional moral values in everything you do. You are passionate about providing dental hygiene services and working as part of a multi-disciplinary team to support delivery of the highest standard of care to patients.
