£13 per hour Hours: 39 hours per week Due to open in early 2025, our new state-of-the-art centre will feature a Health and Wellbeing Spa, a 25m swimming pool, a 20m learner pool, and a high-tech gym and wellness space. Our mission is to inspire and create opportunities for the people of Trafford to lead healthier, happier, and more active lives. We offer a challenging yet rewarding role within a Community Interest Company (CIC), where your contributions will have a meaningful impact on the Trafford community and Greater Manchester residents. The Role The Cove Spa will offer a range of wellness experiences, including 9 heat experiences, a relaxation room, a dedicated nail bar, and four treatment rooms. An exciting opportunity for a Beauty Therapist has arisen and, under the guidance of the Spa Manager, you will be required to ensure that all operational procedures, codes of conduct and standards of appearance are adhered to. In this role you will be responsible for: Providing guests with homecare programmes Consultations Explaining services to guests Supervising spa sessions Any point of sales including retail Checking in and checking out of all guests in a professional manner. To be successful in your role, you must have: Our ideal candidate must have a proven track record of achieving high levels of customer service, treatment standards and client satisfaction. Please note an NVQ Level 3 in Beauty Therapy or equivalent is required.
