As a Care Assistant, you will be at the heart of supporting our residents, helping them live fulfilling and enriched lives. Your responsibilities will include: Personal Care:
Assisting residents with bathing, dressing, grooming, and other personal care needs while respecting their dignity and preferences. Mealtime Assistance:
Supporting residents during meal times, ensuring nutritional needs are met and creating a pleasant dining experience. Daily Activities:
Encouraging residents to engage in hobbies, social events, and routines to promote physical and emotional well-being. Companionship:
Building meaningful relationships with residents, offering emotional support, and fostering a warm, inclusive atmosphere. Health Monitoring:
Observing and reporting any changes in residents' health or behavior to senior staff to ensure appropriate care is delivered. Environment Maintenance:
Ensuring cleanliness, safety, and comfort throughout the home by adhering to hygiene and infection control standards. Collaboration:
