Barnstaple, Exeter, Plymouth, Newton Abbot, Dorchester, and Boscombe. Main duties of the job
You will have the opportunity to work within our Urgent Unscheduled Dental Service clinics on
weekends and Bank Holidays
across our clinics, depending on your preference. Working for our organisation
Access Dental is a not-for-profit organisation that has been delivering urgent dental care to Devon’s million-plus residents for more than fifteen years and in Dorset since 2017. Rates: Saturdays and Sundays: £80 per hour Bank Holiday weekends (all days): £100 per hour Christmas Day: £120 per hour Detailed job description and main responsibilities
Dental Registration with the GDC Completed Foundation Training Must have English Performers Number Up to date on mandatory and recommended dental training Dentist with at least 2 years’ post-qualification experience Experience of working within a range of NHS dental environments Ability to work independently Ability to communicate effectively and lead a clinical dental team Ability to quickly develop rapport Professional attitude Willing to be flexible Maintain composure in stressful environments Ability to manage workload and prioritise effectively Empathy and understanding Person specification
Dentist registered with GDC Minimum 2 years post-qualification experience Employer certification / accreditation badges
You must have appropriate UK professional registration. This post is subject to the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act 1974 (Exceptions) Order 1975 (Amendment) (England and Wales) Order 2020 and it will be necessary for a submission for Disclosure to be made to the Disclosure and Barring Service.
