London would be your base location, looking at coming into the office 3 days a week. I am working with a global Insurer & Reinsurer who is looking to bring on an experienced Talent & Development Consultant to join its successful and fast paced Talent & Development Team. Reporting directly to the Talent & Development Manager, you will be joining a team responsible for a range of HR activities, the main parts being: Learning & Development, Talent Management, Succession Planning, Early Careers, and Performance Management. Why Apply? You will gain the opportunity to join an exciting and fast paced team where you will spend your time working on a real variation of tasks which all contribute towards the overall Talent Strategy. Not only is the role busy and exciting, but the team you will be joining has a welcoming and collaborative culture. What will you be doing? The role could be seen to be split into three main areas: Talent and Development for UK & EMEA

Developing and delivering commercially focused solutions on all matters relating to Talent and Development. Supporting the development and implementation of new learning programmes and offerings. Contributing to measuring the success of our learning offerings and making recommendations for improvement to promote a High-Performance Culture. Supporting the rollout of any regional training initiatives in line with our Global Talent priorities.

Be the dedicated Talent Partner for the UK and MENA supply and demand pillars, collaborating with the T&D Manager and relevant HRBPs to deliver their talent strategy in line with the work that’s taking place. What will you need to do it? You will need to have a strong understanding of the full learning cycle. Previous experience within a Talent & Development role ideally in a complex, global entity. It would be good to see some experience with Early Careers or a real interest and appetite to work in the area.
