Finance Director , you will serve as a key strategic partner to the CEO and executive team. You will oversee financial operations, maintain strong fiscal controls, and provide insight to drive performance and deliver value creation. This hands-on role requires a leader who can balance high-level strategy with day-to-day financial management. Key Responsibilities: Lead all financial reporting, group consolidation, budgeting, and cash flow management. Develop and maintain financial models to support acquisitions and expansion strategies. Drive financial performance by providing insightful analysis and reporting to the Board. Ensure compliance with financial regulations and lender covenant requirements. Manage relationships with key stakeholders, including private equity partners, lenders, and auditors. Oversee financial due diligence and integration of acquisitions. What We’re Looking For: Proven experience as a Finance Director or senior finance professional in Professional Services or Business Services. Strong understanding of financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management. Private Equity experience, ideally within a buy-and-build strategy. ACA / ACCA / CIMA qualified or equivalent. A hands-on approach with excellent leadership and communication skills. Demonstrated success in managing financial due diligence and acquisitions.
