Head of Customer Success .

As the Head of Customer Success, you will oversee the Customer Support and License Supporting Teams, developing strategies for customer engagement, ensuring that customers achieve the desired outcomes with the company's products or services, and ensuring renewal targets are met.

The responsibilities include:

Act as an escalation point for any customer issues or concerns. Support Team Leads to refine onboarding and training programs for new hires. Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities and collaborate with the sales team to grow accounts. Develop, implement, and optimise the overall customer success strategy in alignment with business goals. Deliver a highly customer-centric service to all customers. Analyse customer data to understand trends and drive improvements in customer success efforts. Ensure customers are maximising value from the product/service and achieving their usage and progress goals.

About You

Are you an empathetic Head of Customer Success with experience in education? If this sounds like you, we really want to hear from you. You will require the following skills: Experience working in a similar role. The ability to develop long-term strategies for customer success that align with business objectives. Understanding of combining revenue generation and customer experience. Capable of managing multiple projects and priorities simultaneously. Deep commitment to understanding customer needs and delivering exceptional service. A high level of emotional intelligence to understand and address customer concerns.
