Salesforce Lead Engineer, c£85k + bonus + benefits Excellent opportunity for an experienced and accredited Salesforce dot com Lead Engineer to join this global Investment Management firm in their continued growth at their offices on the Berks / Bucks / Oxfordshire borders. Having recently implemented a Global Salesforce CRM, my client is keen to expand on its capabilities and those of associated retail systems. The primary role of the Salesforce Lead Engineer will be to monitor, support, design, develop and operate Salesforce dot com, Marketing Cloud and Pardot. You will be an evangelist for the Salesforce dot com product suite while leading by example and a passionate Salesforce dot com guru. You will lead a team of developers by setting the bar high, leading by example and especially by being an internal evangelist for Salesforce dot com. You will take on architectural responsibilities when necessary by helping guide from experience, reading and knowledge and working closely with CRM and Marketing Automation Product Manager and Product Owners, you will help shape the roadmap while becoming a trusted advisor to the business management team, staying fully up to speed with the Salesforce dot com product roadmap – devouring the release notes with a passion! You can demonstrate a track record of supporting Salesforce dot com in a large organisation including Marketing Cloud/Pardot integration while working closely with digital marketing. Your technical ability is excellent with APEX development, Visualforce, Salesforce Lightning – all aspects of Salesforce dot com and Pardot. If you have no demonstrable Salesforce Lightning experience, I’m afraid it’s a show-stopper! This is an exciting time for the business and an excellent time to get involved.
