Head of Key Partnerships Fundraising, Charity, London, c£45-£50k + benefits Fantastic new opportunity exists for an experienced Head of Key Partnerships Fundraiser to join this brilliant national charity based in their London Fundraising offices. The primary responsibility of the post is to lead the team of up to 5 to maximize income from a range of partners within the Corporate sector, Public sector contracting and from Private Individuals / HNWI (philanthropy) through the building of a strong pipeline of suitable prospects and engaging in account management, stewardship and cultivation activities which lead to valuable and committed relationships for the charity. Working in a near 20-strong team and with a highly experienced and supportive Director, your key responsibilities will include: Achieving income targets as agreed with the Director. Devise credible and costed growth strategies for each of the partnerships areas: corporate, public sector contracting and charitable / private individuals / HNWI. Work with the team to devise and implement creative programmes to generate new business. Work with the team to devise specific stewardship plans for existing partners which deepen commitment, increase income and increase value / benefits on both sides. Build strong internal networks with your peers outside of the Directorate to ensure that all work by your team is collaborative and effective in supporting the needs and expectations of other teams. Monitor income and expenditure, produce monthly analysis, prepare budgets and reforecasts. Contribute directly to the feeding of a new business pipelines, by identifying, researching and planning approaches to suitable prospects.. Writing proposals and other materials required to secure commitments. Developing a network of key contacts in given industries. Use the charity’s CRM to efficiently record data, to aid the account management process and produce analytics which guide decision making. You can demonstrate at least 4 years’ experience working in a sales, marketing or fundraising environment as well as a proven ability to secure new business up to and including £6-figure and more donor relationships, to successfully account manage commercial or fundraising relationships adding to significant year on year added value, leading to renewals and increasing levels of commitment. You can also show the ability to work across teams and departments in a collaborative manner and to proactively engage colleagues on projects and initiatives. In addition you can show effective research skills to identify and prioritise prospects and excellent written skills and verbal presentation skills. Would you like to know more?
