About the Role As Pricing and Market Access Associate Director, you’ll report to the Head of Distributor Markets Market Access, leading the technical aspects of pricing and reimbursement strategies. Your role will involve cross-functional collaboration, strategic planning, and direct engagement with payers to ensure access to innovative treatments in these key regions. Key Responsibilities Develop and implement market access strategies in collaboration with distributor partners, HEOR teams, and external consultants. Prepare reimbursement submissions and economic models to present compelling evidence to payers. Lead payer negotiations and secure reimbursement approvals alongside regional commercial teams. Build robust business cases for leadership approval on new product launches and pricing strategies. Ensure compliance with pricing regulations and maintain updated pricing systems across regions. Leverage local market insights to inform and refine strategic initiatives. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including commercial, finance, medical, legal, and marketing stakeholders. What You Bring A Master’s/Bachelor’s degree in a science/analytical field or healthcare profession (formal training in health economics is a plus). 8+ years

of regional Market Access experience in the biotech/pharmaceutical industry. Proven success in reimbursement systems, payer negotiations, and submissions, particularly in Turkey, GCC, and Israel. Exceptional analytical, organizational, and communication skills with a collaborative mindset. Fluency in English (additional languages are a bonus). International experience with a strong ability to navigate cross-cultural dynamics. Willingness to travel up to 30%. Why Join Us?
