Legal Counsel, Paralegal or Contracts Manager – Commercial Contracts - Remote working
Our client is a well-established legal business working with numerous companies, charities, and public sector organisations to help drive efficient legal spend and provide cost-effective legal advice directly to its clients via a pool of legal consultants. Due to increasing client demands, my client is seeking to hire a commercial lawyer, experienced commercial paralegal, or contracts manager to support the new workstream. You must have a track record of negotiating and drafting a wide range of agreements including NDAs, supply of goods and services, IT agreements including SAAS and MSAs. You will be responsible for managing contracts from drafting to amendments, renewals, and terminations. You will also be required to support other members of the team with best practices and legal updates. The role is remote; however, ideally, you will be able to attend the office in London one day a week or fortnightly. You must be able to work autonomously and prioritize your workload effectively. There is support from a senior lawyer, but we are ideally seeking an individual who can undertake the work without supervision. We are open-minded about the ideal candidate for this role and could consider a senior lawyer who is seeking part-time work as well.
