- Permanent - South Shropshire L & C Consulting are working with a successful, growing organisation in South Shropshire for a new Technical Customer Support Co-ordinator / Technical Advisor to join them on a permanent basis. Applicants will have a background in plastering, civil engineering, construction, or architecture - salary will be dependent on industry experience. Duties will include (but not be limited to): Supporting customers with queries, often of a technical nature by phone and email Co-ordinate product enquiries, supported by other technical staff, providing advice Provide customer training and demonstration sessions - face to face and on the phone Sorting and creating samples (manual work) To be considered for this excellent opportunity, you will have worked in engineering, civil engineering, architecture, building products, construction, plastering, rendering, etc. and have a professional & flexible approach to your work as well as excellent communication skills. Knowledge of products and/or industry would be advantageous, therefore require someone with experience from a relevant background in the construction supplies/building materials sector. Hours of work are 09:00 - 17:00, Monday to Friday and the role comes with a generous salary (DOE) and other benefits. The South Shropshire based site is commutable from Telford, Bridgnorth, Ludlow, Shrewsbury, Wolverhampton, Much Wenlock, Ironbridge, etc. Important Note:
