Senior Recruitment Consultant - Trades and Labour
ITS Building People are searching for a Senior Recruitment Consultant to join their very successful Trades and Labour team at our office in Southampton. With exciting growth plans for 2025 we are looking to expand.

The job role:
You will be part of a busy, fast paced sales team establishing new and maintaining existing relationships with candidates & clients. You will be required to generate new business and grow your desk of temporary construction placements using various techniques including strategic outbound calls, overseeing and developing new client accounts and arranging client visits and meetings. You will attract new candidates using various techniques including outbound calls, marketing, advertising, using social media and working closely with our Resourcer.
What essentials we need from you?
Someone who is enthusiastic, hardworking and ambitious. Driven and motivated to progress. Dynamic and willing to learn. Experience within recruitment is essential ideally 3 years+. Driving License is essential.
