As a Senior Maintenance Specialist, you will be responsible for performing a wide range of maintenance and repair tasks at commercial properties within your designated territory. Your work may include: Plumbing HVAC maintenance and repairs Electrical work Roofing Carpentry Concrete repairs Welding General labor tasks Demolition Additional responsibilities may be assigned as the role evolves. Requirements:
Must have a
clean and valid driver's license
with at least one year of driving history Must have
off-street parking
for a company vehicle with commercial plates (not applicable for Staten Island or Upstate NY) Tech-savvy
and comfortable using computers and mobile devices Ability to work
independently
with minimal guidance Proven track record of
reliable employment Must be available for
rotating weekend on-call shifts
