Infrastructure Analyst

Twice a week in Wolverhampton office
£35k - £38k based on experience
A unique opportunity has arisen to join a FTSE company looking for an Infrastructure Analyst, where you will be responsible for supporting a global estate monitoring a medium to large scale infrastructure environment.
Responsibilities:
Analysing, investigating, and resolving global infrastructure incidents and problems. Team coordinating complex technical issues, triaging escalations to the manager, and ensuring these changes and processes are communicated with the team to effect change. Provide an escalation point for Global support teams and operational issues. Incident management using ITSM Framework and platform (ServiceNow). Configure, deploy, and support VMWare, Microsoft, Redhat, Cisco, and Aerohive. Install, configure, and maintain infrastructure systems and solutions.
Technical Requirements: Previous experience monitoring a large-scale infrastructure environment. Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment and be an excellent team player. Demonstrate excellent problem-solving abilities. Good knowledge of two or more of the following products: VMWare/vSphere, Nutanix/vSAN, Windows Server or Linux Red Hat, Citrix XenApp, Cisco/Aruba.
