People and Organisational Development Shared Services Manager

to lead and manage our HR shared services function. This pivotal role ensures the delivery of efficient, high-quality HR operations and support across the organisation. As the manager of the shared services team, you will oversee core HR processes, including payroll, HR and recruitment administration, learning and development, in-house training, and employee lifecycle activities. The ideal candidate will have experience in HR operations or shared services management, strong leadership and communication skills, and a focus on delivering a high-quality service. You will have the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively, work collaboratively across teams, and lead by example in driving efficiency and excellence within HR processes. To demonstrate our commitment to you, we have developed a sector-leading total rewards package: £56,520 gross per annum Contract Type: Permanent Basis: Full time Annual wellbeing grant of £200 per annum - Subject to eligibility 30 days annual leave plus bank holidays Trailblazing family leave [Maternity, Paternity, and Adoption - 12 weeks full pay / 6 weeks half pay] - Subject to eligibility BUPA healthcare cash plan, life assurance.
