and work toward full MRICS membership. Responsibilities of the Graduate Quantity Surveyor:
Supporting senior staff in the preparation of tender and contract documents. Negotiating with clients and contractors, and managing cost control and planning. Assisting with project completion reports and providing solutions to delays, deviations, and other problems that arise during construction. Qualifications and Experience:
Degree in Quantity Surveying or HNC or equivalent would be an advantage but not essential. Good communication and interpersonal skills to work in a team environment. Attention to detail and ability to work under supervision while developing your surveying skills. Working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite. A willingness to learn and progress, as well as to help develop your team and the business as a whole. Salary and Benefits:
