The Youth Engagement Lead (Internship) is responsible for helping develop, implement, and oversee programmes and initiatives that engage young people at Legacy Youth Zone, including a youth voice forum. This role aims to create a safe, inclusive, and vibrant environment where young people can thrive, develop skills, and actively participate in their community. It will support the board of trustees in hearing from young people directly and help cultivate relationships between the trustees, our core operations, and young people.

Hours:
40 hours per week – 5 sessions Tuesday to Saturday plus office time to plan events, organise themes, help deliver the youth voice forum and participation events, trips, etc. Contract:
1 Year Fixed Term Contract. Salary:
Full time (40 hours) – £27,352 based on London Living Wage (April 2025 rates to be confirmed). Due to the requirement to work during Senior sessions (aged 13-19),
the candidate must be aged 21 or over.
