We are looking for a Project Quality Supervisor on a Full Time, Permanent basis to help us deliver high-quality homes that make a real difference in Wales! What is great about the role? You'll have the chance to make a significant impact on the quality of new homes in Wales. As a key player, you'll ensure that projects consistently meet technical, quality, and specification standards. Collaboration is at the heart of our work, and you'll work closely with dedicated teams and construction partners. Where does this role fit in? As a Project Quality Supervisor at Pobl Group, you play a pivotal role in ensuring the quality of the homes we deliver. You will act as a liaison between Pobl and our contractor partners, overseeing construction projects, and ensuring adherence to our quality standards. Your role also involves inspecting completed properties, collaborating with various teams, and maintaining a strong presence on construction sites. What skills and experience do you need? If you've got two years or more of post-qualification experience in a building environment, we want to hear from you! A solid understanding of the construction industry is key. Knowledge of house building companies and the RSL sector (although desirable) will set you apart. To add to this, you'll need an education to City and Guilds level in Building Construction Studies or its equivalent. Plus, a full driving license and access to your own car for work purposes is required. What are the pay and benefits? £44,675 for a 37 hour, full time, permanent position Flexible working policies – this role is hybrid with regular time spent out on site, covering all Pobl properties throughout West Wales.
