An exciting opportunity has arisen as Aftermarket Service Projects Coordinator, reporting to the GCS Operations Manager. With strong leadership skills and a customer mindset, you will be responsible for the coordination of a team of up to 18 skilled Service Engineers, who perform in-field services, including commissioning, upgrades, maintenance, and repairs. You will bring a strong background of planning and executing projects to the role, with experience of working closely with internal stakeholders and customers to deliver quality and reliability through our team. You care for your team and lead as a good example to ensure safe service execution, where the health and wellbeing of our employees are our top priority. Responsibilities

Accountable for customer satisfaction and management of customer expectation on field service jobs. Delivery of the field service projects meeting Customers' expectations and contract deliverables whilst managing change orders as required. Conducting risk reviews and analysis of field service projects. Follow field service process with a strong focus on the customer and end result, continuous commitment to operational excellence, process efficiency. Close cooperation with Sales, Engineering, Projects and Operations. Follow the company process to ensure customer issues are closed out in a timely manner and to customer expectations. Following quality standards to ensure accuracy and quality of work performed by the Field Service personnel and all jobs managed under their control. Maintaining service vessel files for proper documentation of service history. Accountable for managing FSE development plans and skills base required globally in co-operation with GCS Operations Manager. Accountable for aftermarket projects within remit/product line being delivered by Aftermarket Projects (AMP)/OEM Projects/Sales Upgrades or internally within department. Delivery of complex service projects or upgrades in collaboration with the Aftermarket Projects Team. Qualifications and Experience

Degree qualified in Engineering or equivalent preferable. Ability to operate calmly under pressure to meet deadlines and changing priorities. Ability to manage projects to ensure quality, cost and deadlines are not compromised. Relevant experience with marine equipment is preferable. High degree of computer literacy in Microsoft Office applications. Familiarity with ERP systems. Field Service experience would be of benefit. You Are Able To
