Provide leadership, recognition, and supervision to team members as needed, ensuring a supportive work environment. Supervision and Demonstration:
Guide new or less experienced employees by demonstrating tasks and overseeing daily activities. Educational Role:
Educate service users, carers, families, and colleagues, fostering a learning environment. Accurate Record Keeping:
Maintain accurate, timely, and complete records of service user consultations, in compliance with legislation, policies, and procedures. Policy Application:
Apply legal policies related to the identification and support of vulnerable adults. Professional Development:

Understand and adhere to all organizational policies and procedures. Safe Environment:
Maintain a safe working environment and protect service user confidentiality. Requirements of the Senior Registered Nurse: NMC Registered Nurse:
Must hold current registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Council. Clinical Experience:
Post-registration experience in a clinical setting. Mentorship Training:
