- owning the full end-to-end process for various tech roles: launching a first-class kickoff, building the process, and closing offers.
Using data
- using data to inform all areas of the funnel and drive decision-making.
Defining our employer brand
- building a unique employer brand to attract technical talent that reflects our unique business.
Building excellent relationships
- partnering with various teams inside Beam, as well as external candidates excited by our mission.
Driving diversity and equity
- raising the bar for equitable hiring in startups, reflecting all walks of society.
