About the Role We are looking for a Mechanical Engineer to be based in our workshop at the production facility. You will be responsible for working on a range of machinery ensuring that the production equipment is kept in a condition that allows full production to be maintained and running as normal. You must ensure to follow up on assigned work daily and make sure it is executed safely and to the highest standards. Some of our machinery is highly technical and therefore we need mechanically-minded people to join our team. Your duties will include maintaining all documentation and records accurately (both written and electronic). You will be a day to day contact for all maintenance issues and therefore must have excellent communication skills. You will be required to work on 12 hour rotating shifts. 6am - 6pm and vice versa. This will be based on a 4 on 4 off basis so it will include weekends work - you must be comfortable and able to commit to this to apply. You will be offered a great hourly rate. This is a full time position. Skills & Experience Production machinery maintenance experience is a must Must be Health and Safety focused Food production experience will be beneficial Reliable transport to get yourself to and from work Able to pass a pre-employment drug test and have no criminal convictions Able to pass random drug tests throughout your employment Possess a keen and positive attitude and can easily adapt and learn new systems Thorough with good attention to detail Interested in learning new things Physically able How to Apply Click 'APPLY' or contact Katie France for a confidential discussion if you have any questions about the role.
