£30,000 per annum The Mount Charles Group has an exciting opportunity for a Contract Manager to join its team at South Regional College. This position is to manage the soft facilities including catering, cleaning, grounds maintenance, waste management and vending at Newry, Armagh, Banbridge, Portadown, Lurgan Campuses. This is a permanent full-time role where they will be responsible for leading and mentoring a team of Managers, supervisors, and operatives, motivating, and upskilling them to meet targets and exceed customer expectations. Working Pattern: 37.5 Hours per week Generally, Monday to Friday, however flexibility will be required for occasional weekends/ evenings. Rewards: 25 days holiday plus 8 statutory holidays. To lead the operating areas and the teams to ensure delivery against Key Performance Indicators. Motivate and lead high performing teams to achieve their objectives. To proactively manage services across the sites, providing support and guidance to teams ensuring a high level of services provided to the client. In conjunction with the relevant departments work towards the continuous development and implementation of service standards, styles and products within your patch and part of the wider catering service line. Problem solving, decision making & planning and organising. Ability to engage a wide range of personalities and take people with you through belief and energy. Strong on your ability to plan, organise and prioritise across a large stakeholder group. Adaptable, resilient, and not fazed by things changing in a dynamic and fast-moving environment. Coordination of the refilling, unpacking, and sorting of stock. Maintain the presentation and housekeeping standards of the unit. To ensure a safe working environment. To ensure that any client queries are dealt with effectively and quickly ensuring client satisfaction. Personality Fit: Good knowledge of IT packages. Valid driving licence. Attention to detail in all aspects of work. Leads by example and lives our values. Enthusiastic about our customer service and reputation. Flexible and positive with a Can-Do attitude.
