With nearly 100 years of experience and multiple offices across the UK, our client has gained an excellent reputation within the industry. The Project Architect will be exposed to a range of projects, so this is an excellent opportunity for a Project Architect to quickly develop within a consultancy environment. They are offering a starting salary of up to £52,000 in addition to a range of benefits including hybrid working, bonus schemes, generous annual leave, private healthcare, paid training / progression plans and professional fees.
Project Architect Job Overview
Work on a range of large-scale projects within Residential, Commercial and Industrial sectors, project values up to £10 million. Liaise with other professionals and act as Lead Consultant on a wide range of projects. Develop project briefs. Work from inception to completion. Produce high quality design for a range of exciting projects in a variety of sectors. Meet with professionals / clients to agree a project brief. Maintain and form good relationships with colleagues and clients. Use a mix of Revit and AutoCAD. Project Architect Job Requirements
ARB / RIBA Chartered Architect. Lives within a commutable distance of Billericay. Strong design, presentational and report writing skills. Ability to work well in a team. Good knowledge of building regulations. Driving licence. Project Architect Salary & Benefits
